Rightmove is the most important lead generator and we utilise ‘Premium Listings’ where possible. Contrary to popular belief, the listing generates telephone calls and not just emails. Our philosophy is there is a potential viewing for every phone call.

We still believe in a world where a handshake is enough and we do not tie you into onerous contracts with complicated terms. Instead, we offer a ‘1 day’ contract with no termination fee or notice period strictly on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis.
